Abstract

This study examines curriculum management and its challenges through a literature review. By collecting and analyzing various sources from 2010 to 2023, the study identifies key themes such as planning, implementation, evaluation, challenges, and solutions in curriculum management. This analysis provides a comprehensive overview of best practices and challenges in curriculum management, offering recommendations for policymakers, educators, and practitioners in developing an effective and relevant curriculum. The study finds that the main challenges in curriculum management include rapid technological changes, evolving societal needs and expectations, globalization, and the gap between school curricula and the demands of the workforce. Through literature analysis, the study proposes solutions to address these challenges and emphasizes the importance of adaptation and innovation in curriculum management to enhance the quality of education.
