Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning by doing learning model based on Shuttle run and Squat thrust exercises on agility and muscle endurance in playing badminton in class X Accounting students at SMKN 1 Labang Bangkalan. The research method used is quantitative using a true experimental design research design with the One Group Pretest-Posttest type. This research uses test instruments in the form of measuring agility and muscle endurance. The population in this study was all class X majoring in Accounting at SMKN 1 Labang with a total of 153 students consisting of 5 classes, the sample was class The research results show that; 1) There is a difference between Shuttle run training and badminton game agility with the Sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05; 2) There is a difference in Shuttle run training on muscle endurance when playing badminton with the Sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05; 3) There is a difference in Squat thrust training on badminton game agility with the Sig value. equal to 0.003 < 0.05; 4) There is a difference in Squat thrust training on muscle endurance when playing badminton with the Sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05.
