Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the e-learning learning model using Powtoon animated video media on students' learning independence and skills in solving mathematical problems. This quantitative research uses random sampling or random. The population was class VII students at State Junior High School 1 Labang Bangkalan, with a sample of class VII-B and VII-C of 64 students. The instruments in this research are questionnaires and tests. The analysis test uses validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity and the Independent Sample Test. This is proven by the average scores of 86.72 and 81.41 for students' learning independence, while for students' mathematical problem solving skills with average scores of 88.13 and 83.75, even sig (2 tailed-), 000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the e-learning learning model using PowerPoint and PowerPoint animation videos on student learning independence, and the results of sig (2 tailed-) .000 < 0.05 can be concluded that there is an influence of the e-learning learning model using video powtoon and powerpoint animations on students' mathematical problem solving skills.
