Abstract

This study aims to review the application of Teachings of Tamansiswa in the management of educators and education personnel through inductive, comparative, and literature study analysis approaches. The literature study approach involves the analysis of books, journals, and articles that discuss the application of Tamansiswa in the context of education management. Through the inductive method, specific data from educational institutions that implement Tamansiswa are collected to make generalizations about the impact and benefits of implementing these teachings in education management. The comparative method is used to compare management approaches based on Tamansiswa with conventional management methods. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of Tamansiswa strengthens collaboration between educators, education personnel, and students, improves management efficiency, and promotes educational inclusion. Through a review of literature studies, there is consistency of thinking about the relevance of KHD values in creating an inclusive and empowered educational environment. In conclusion, the implementation strategy of Tamansiswa in education management needs to be improved by considering the needs of the times and increasing knowledge and awareness of the philosophical values contained in these teachings, as documented in various academic literature.
