ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the pattern of women's occupational mobility and the impact of mobility on survival in the Tanjung Menangis Ketapang Tourism Area. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis through the process is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research found that there has been a mobility of women's jobs, previously jobs were mostly as farm laborers and traders and now (at the time of the research) the jobs mostly done by women are cafe employees and prayer room and bathroom attendants. There has been a change in employment status, previously mostly as wage workers and now (at the time of research) mostly as self-employed workers. The impact of mobility on the survival of female workers is that there is a positive impact in the form of changes in people's income and they can continue their children's education, while the negative impact is the lack of interaction with the community in the environment where they live.Downloads
