Curriculum 13 applies 21st century skills that must be given to students at all levels of education, especially at the elementary school level. Because, the changing times are so fast and continue to develop, learners must be quick and responsive to the changes and developments of the times at this time because, learners at the elementary school level are involved in becoming part of the 21st century society. 4C skills have a variety of benefits for students in learning including (1) students will be more active in thinking because of the encouragement of a teacher, (2) the communication style will continue to be established properly and correctly, (3) students will be more creative and can develop new opinions and understand existing concepts and be able to find answers to existing problems, (4) students will have a sense of responsibility in carrying out activities together. Therefore, a teacher is needed who can master and understand the 4C skills, namely critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. The four skills must be truly understood by a teacher. Because if the teacher does not master the 4C skills and learning models, learning will not be directed and will not be conducive. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this research are teachers, principals, and students.
