PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN GURU PPKn DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KARAKTER DISIPLIN SISWA DI SMPN 1 KURIPAN

The results of this study show that the role of the principal in the implementation of the disciplinary character of students in SMPN 1 Kuripan has five roles, namely 1) the principal as the leader, 2) the role of the principal as the manager, 3) the role of the principal administrator, 4) the role of the principal as an educator, 5) the role of the principal as a supervisor. Meanwhile, the role of PPKn teachers in the implementation of student discipline character at SMPN 1 Kuripan is to internalize disciplinary values into the daily learning process, using three steps, namely: 1) planning, 2) learning implementation, and 3) assessment. The factors that affect the implementation of the disciplinary character of students at SMPN 1 Kuripan are the supporting factors, namely: 1) the participation of all school residents. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are: a) lack of student awareness, b) lack of parental support, and c) social factors or the influence of peers.Downloads
