Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model assisted by snakes and ladders media on mathematics learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SDN 104241 Syahmad. This type of research is a quasi experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of a written test. The population in this study were all fifth grade students at SDN 104241 Syahmad, totaling 51 people. The sample was taken using random sampling. The results showed that the average posttest score for the experimental group was 74.2 (good category) higher than the average posttest score for the control group, which was 61.2 (sufficient category). Based on the results of the t-test, the value of t count is 4.30 which is greater than t table, namely 1.67655 (4.30> 1.67655). Based on the results of the t-test, it shows that there is a significant influence on the cooperative learning model of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type assisted by snakes and ladders media on the results of learning mathematics in the subject of time measurement in fifth grade students at SDN 104241 Syahmad in the 2022/2023 academic year.
