Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the use of make a match learning model can improve Mathematics outcomes of Grade IV State Peleman 2 elementary school students. This research is a classroom action research that began in October to November. The research subjects were grade IV students at State Peleman 2 Elementary School consist of 34 students. Data collection techniques used tests, and observations. While the data collection used are evaluation, observation, and observation. Analysis of the data used through 3 activities namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing / verification. The research procedures carried out include 4 stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation-reflection. The results of this study concluded that the use of make a match model can improve mathematics learning of fourth grade students of State Peleman 2 Elementary School.   Keywords: make a match, Mathematics, Multiplication
