PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN ABAD 21 (6C) SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR MELALUI MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA

Abstract

21st century skills (6C) consisting of critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, culture, and connectivity are needed to face the current era, but 21st century skills (6C) owned by students is still relatively low. This study aims to improve the 21st century skills (6C) of fourth grade elementary school students in the Kurikulum Merdeka’s era. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class IV A UPT Srengat 01 State Elementary School, which consisted of 28 students. This study uses qualitative analysis in analyzing data analysis methods. The method used to collect data on skills improvement for the 21st century (6C) is a closed interview method (questionnaire) and observation. The data analysis used was a quantitative descriptive analysis using a scale of five as a benchmark for assessment (PAP). The results showed that the use of the Project Based Learning learning model could improve students' 21st century (6C) skills from initially (pre-cycle) only 55.4%, increasing in cycle I by 17.35% to 72.75%. Then in cycle II it increased from 72.75% to 84.67%.
