The study aims to describe the Implementation of Information and Communication Technology Learning and the advantages and disadvantages of e-learning-based Information and Communication Technology Learning at Islamic Elementary Schools. This research was conducted at the Islamic Elementary School Miftahul Ulum, Central Lampung. Source of data in this research with primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data is using the source triangulation method. The results of the research show that the implementation of learning in Islamic Elementary Schools is applying Information and Communication Technology-based learning with the e-learning system, with e-learning system learning, students will be more enthusiastic about implementing it. the advantage of e-learning system-based learning is that it makes it easier to find learning resources, and makes it easier to deliver the material. While the drawbacks are the lack of teacher knowledge related to technology, the lack of parents controlling children, and the occurrence of misuse of technology by children.Downloads
