Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui Efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Menggunakan Roleplaying Untuk Meningkat Kan Self- Efficacy Siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Di Kelas 2 Sd Di Sanggar Bimbingan Kepong Malaysia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan nilai signifikansi nilai (2-talled) self-efficacy siswa sebesar 0,001 < α 0,05 dinyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian perlakuan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan roleplaying untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy pada siswa. hasil dari persentase self-efficacy siswa pre-test dengan kriteria penafsiran persentasi diperoleh rata-rata skor 65,47% dengan kategori penafsiran baik. Sesudah diberikannya kegiatan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan roleplaying, hasil dari persentase self- efficacy siswa post-test dengan kriteria penafsiran persentasi diperoleh rata-rata skor 89,20% dengan kategori penafsiran sangat baik.
