Abstract

The aim of this research is an effort to improve mathematics learning outcomes for time duration material through the project based learning (PjBL) learning model for class II students at SDN Wonorejo 274 Rungkut Surabaya. The subjects of this research were 30 students in class II-C at SDN Wonorejo 274 Rungkut Surabaya. The type of research used is classroom action research. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations and learning outcomes tests. The final results showed that the increase in cycle I was 64, an increase from the initial condition of 63. Furthermore, the value of learning outcomes in cycle II increased to 76. The increase in the percentage of students who achieved the KKTP in cycle I was 50%, an increase of 7% from the initial percentage of 43 %. In cycle II it increased to 83%.
