This development research aims to create learning media that can increase interest in learning mathematics, multiplication calculation operation material that is in accordance with the characteristics of grade 3 students at SD Negeri 3 Bandengan. Based on the results of the analysis of student needs carried out by researchers by interviewing grade 3 teachers, problems were found, namely the opinion of the majority of students that mathematics is a difficult and boring lesson, there is no concrete learning media that attracts students' attention, which causes low numeracy skills among students. This development research focuses on product development using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) approach model. The results of this research are the Smart Multiplication Table learning media to facilitate the numeracy skills of grade 3 elementary school students on basic multiplication calculation operations. The analysis techniques used are descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The instruments used were media validation, material validation, teacher responses to the media, student observations, and teacher interviews. The validity test results obtained a result of 97.5% with the "very valid" category, while the material validation results obtained a score of 96% with the "very valid" criteria. The results of the practicality test obtained from the teacher response questionnaire to the media obtained a result of 94% with the criteria "very practical" so that from this assessment it can be concluded that the Smart Multiplication Table learning media is very suitable for use for learning mathematics material on basic multiplication calculation operations.Downloads
