The purpose of this study is to analyze science learning based on the independent learning curriculum and the obstacles faced in science learning based on the independent learning curriculum. This research was conducted at SDN 02 Mojorejo, Madiun City with research subjects of teachers and grade IV students in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The focus of the research was taken from students' learning styles during learning activities with data collection techniques obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and data retrieval. The validity of the research data uses a credibility test with technical triangulation. The results of the study show that science learning based on the independent learning curriculum is quite conducive. In preparing science learning based on the independent curriculum, teachers participate in training to prepare for the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, compile teaching modules that are adjusted to student needs, and create learning media. In implementing learning, teachers use lecture, discussion, and presentation methods. In learning the material on the Map of Indonesia in the independent curriculum, students have critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.Downloads
