IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER DAN MENUMBUHKAN SIKAP SOSIAL SISWA KEJAR PAKET C DI SKB PONOROGO

This study aims to find out the implementation of sociology learning in character building and fostering social attitudes, forms of character and social attitudes that arise and supporting / inhibiting factors in character building and fostering social attitudes of students pursuing Package C at SKB Ponorogo. In the learning process, especially in the subject of Sociology, there are materials to improve the character and social attitudes of students to be better. The lessons obtained are related to everyday life, so that if the learning is well implemented, the character of the students will be formed and students who have poor character can improve by following the Sociology learning. This research is qualitative research. Qualitative research is used because it can reveal in-depth data about the implementation of sociology learning towards character building and fostering social attitudes at SKB Ponorogo. Researchers collect data through tests or attitude assessments, interviews, and direct observation of the research object. Based on the observations that have been made, the results obtained that the implementation of Sociology learning at SKB Ponorogo for students pursuing package C can form character and foster social attitudes through the insertion of social values in the material, varied learning methods using innovative media, and the formation of study groups. The results obtained were honesty, discipline, tolerance, responsibility, confidence, and strong social interaction among students. Supporting factors include the role of teachers, school regulations, good relations with the community, and school programs, while inhibiting factors include family conditions, inadequate infrastructure, and distance learning.Downloads
