ANALISIS STANDAR TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN

Quality education requires significant contributions from education personnel. This article aims to explain the importance of educational personnel standards in creating a quality educational environment, as well as referring to the guidelines or guidelines established to regulate the standards of professionalism and qualifications of educational personnel. The research method used is the literature research method or literature review. This approach involves the analysis and synthesis of written works relevant to the research topic being investigated. Educational personnel standards are an important foundation in ensuring that educational personnel have adequate qualifications and are responsible for creating a quality educational environment. Through the implementation of these standards, it is hoped that educational staff can provide a good learning environment, facilitate student development, and meet national education goals.
