Abstract

The quality of education in an educational institution or school will get better. If this is the case, there is an effort to develop, motivate and also strengthen the personal or educational staff at the school. Therefore, there is a term that is commonly known in the world of education, namely educational supervision. This supervision activity essentially aims to maintain, improve and also increase the quality of education in a school. In carrying out supervision activities in a school, there are strategies or methods needed so that these activities can be carried out well. One method used is to carry out strategic management in educational supervision to improve the quality of education in a school. The aim of this research is that researchers want to know the implementation of strategic management in educational supervision activities in a particular school. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a library research approach. This method is carried out by collecting data from several journal articles and analyzing it according to the research objectives. The results of this research show that strategic management implemented in supervision activities in a particular school has a positive influence, for example on improving the quality of education.
