Education is a very important issue in human life. Automatically this nation will progress, be peaceful and stable. On the other hand, if a nation's education experiences stagnation, then that nation will be backward in all fields. This concept remains current and relevant to apply throughout the ages. Currently, National Education is facing crucial problems. Creating a quality educational institution as expected by many people or society is not only the responsibility of the school, but is the responsibility of all parties including parents and the business world as internal and external customers of an educational institution. that there are five characteristics of a quality school, namely: (1) Focus on customers. (2) quality improvement (3) measurement (4) commitment (5) continuous improvement.Downloads
