LATAR BELAKANG DAN PENGALAMAN PENDIDIK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PEMBELAJARAN DI SDN TAENG KABUPATEN GOWA

Abstract

The Influence of Educators' Background and Experience on Improving Learning at SDN Taeng, Gowa Regency. The objectives of this research are 1) To find out the background to improving learning at SDN Taeng, Gowa Regency. 2) To find out the experience of educators regarding improving learning at SDN Taeng, Gowa Regency. This research uses 3 stages, namely; research instrument preparation stage, research instrument testing stage, research implementation stage. The subjects of this research were teachers and students at SDN Taeng, Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, document research, literature studies and questionnaires. The Influence of Educators' Background and Experience on Improving Learning at SDN Taeng, Gowa Regency which has an average result of 55.63, median 54.17, mode 50.5, variance 91.32 and standard deviation 9.55 is acceptable with tolerance significance limits which is good and meets the criteria. The influence of educators' background and experience on improving learning at SDN Taeng, Gowa Regency has an average result of 66.27, median 56.62, mode 58.06, variance 28.27 and standard deviation 5.32 accepted with tolerance significance limits. There is a significant relationship between the influence of educational background and experience on improving learning at SDN Taeng Kabupaten Gowa with the results Fcount = 10.903 and Ftable (1.31) (0.01) = 7.53 which can be concluded Fcount≥Ftable by accepting Ha and rejecting H0 with the regression equation line 49.55+0.29.
