PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELJARAN BUSY BOOK 3D TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BELAJAR SISWA ADHD (ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER)

Abstract

This research is motivated by the underutilization of learning media in teaching and learning activities, particularly for children with special needs, particullarly those with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). The research being conducted seeks to enhance the learning interest of children with ADHD by using the flannel cloth to develop an engaging learning media. The research employs Research and Development (R & D) methods. The resulting media takes the shape of a flannel book titled Busy Book 3D. This research was carried out at SDN Lemahputro 1 Sidoarjo with research subjects, specifically students with ADHD who were enrolled at SDN Lemahputro 1 Sidoarjol. The researcher employs a study method that is based on the Borg and Gall development model, as adjusted by Sugiyono. Based on the outcomes of the data analysis performed on the Busy Book 3D media created by researchers, 85% of media experts place it in the Eligible categolry, from subject metter expert received a score of 82.23% with the Eligible categolry. The average score of student post-test was 85, meanwhile, the average score of student’s activity questionnaire was 88,9% and considered as high level category, therefore, it can be determined that Busy Book 3D learning media is highly practical and usable.
