SISTEM PENJAMIN MUTU PENDIDIKAN SMK IPTEK PATIA KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG TAHUN 2023

Abstract

This journal reviews the Education Quality Assurance System at Patia Science and Technology Vocational School, Pandeglang Regency. This research aims to determine the planning, implementation and supervision of the Education Quality Assurance System at Patia Science and Technology Vocational School, Pandeglang Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study method, namely empirical research through discussions and interviews with related parties which aims to investigate a symptom in a real life setting. The results of the research show that quality management in the provision of education at the Patia Science and Technology Vocational School, Pandeglang Regency has been carried out based on management functions. Quality assurance planning in the education administration at the SMK IPTEK PATIA refers to the education management standards set by the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) so that it reflects superior and competitive management standards. Implementation of the management program for the utilization of educators and education personnel, namely through MGMP, Workshops, In House Training (IHT), Training and Learning Communities. Supervision and evaluation of the education quality assurance system at the PATIA Science and Technology Vocational School is related to inputs such as infrastructure, students, teaching staff, financing and others are not yet in accordance with the standards expected to achieve quality education. The research instruments are observation, interviews and researchers as key instruments. The data source for this research is the results of interviews with the Principal of the Patia Science and Technology Vocational School, Pandeglang Regency. The research results show that improving the quality of education can be done by:  1) Analyze the School Quality Report Card which is currently integrated with the Merdeka Mengajar Platform. 2) Make improvements to the learning recommendations from the analysis of the school quality report card.
