Abstract

This study aims to describe the evaluation of the mobilising teacher programme in bandar lampung district, a qualitative research approach with the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Primary data sources are interviews and secondary data sources are books, literature reviews, web, and articles. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Techniques to ensure data accuracy by triangulating sources and triangulating techniques. Research Results The implementation of the mobilising teacher programme in Bandar Lampung City schools related to the vision, mission, goals and programmes has been contained and aligned with the profile of Pancasila students and has been well described. There are also some schools where there is a need for the implementation of the development of vision, mission, goals that are aligned with the achievement of the Pancasila learning profile. In the aspect of educational resources and education personnel, all schools are classified in the good category. Likewise, in terms of financing, curriculum, process, education management, most schools are in the good category and a small number of others are in the less category.
