PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA RODA PENENTU BERBASIS STAD UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

In the implementation of thematic learning at SDN Kandangan 02 it is not optimal, this is because the teacher in delivering learning is conventional, so students are less enthusiastic in learning, the STAD-based determining wheel media provides an alternative for teachers so that student teaching and learning activities are more fun. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of the STAD-based wheel media, the results of media readability and student responses to the determinant wheel media. This study uses the method (R&D) with 9 stages of research, namely potential problems, data collection, design, validation, product revision, product testing, product revision, usage trial, revision. The sampling technique used a saturated sample technique where all members of the population were sampled, namely class 5 UPT SDN Kandangan 02 as many as 12 students, and 5th grade teachers from different schools as many as 5 teachers. The results of the validation of the determinant wheel media are the material validator with a percentage of 88%, the first stage media validator with 81.5% results and the second 83.9% and the first stage language validator with 80% percentage results, the second stage 87.7% of these results it can be said that it is very feasible because the percentage is more than 80%. The results of the teacher's readability get a percentage of 100% and the results of the student's response are 100%. it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that there is a positive response in the use of STAD-based determining wheel media.
