INNOVARES prioritizes manuscripts that:

• make a clear contribution to management knowledge,
• demonstrate methodological rigor,
• offer practical implications,
• present innovative perspectives, and
• are relevant to both scholars and practitioners.

Manuscripts that fall outside the journal’s scope or do not meet basic scholarly standards may be declined at the editorial screening stage, which is consistent with the desk-review approach described by the reference journal.
