Aims and Scope
INNOVARES: Journal of Innovative Research in Management publishes original, rigorous, and innovative research in the broad field of management. The journal aims to advance management scholarship and managerial practice by disseminating studies that offer significant theoretical contributions, practical implications, and contextual insights for organizations, institutions, and society.
The journal welcomes manuscripts from both academics and practitioners. Submissions are expected to demonstrate originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to contemporary managerial issues.
The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
Such as talent management, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, leadership, organizational culture, work behavior, and employee wellbeing.
Such as consumer behavior, digital marketing, branding, strategic marketing, service marketing, customer relationship management, customer experience, and market orientation.
Such as corporate finance, investment decisions, financial performance, capital structure, risk management, budgeting, financial strategy, and value creation.
Such as supply chain management, logistics, production and process management, quality management, productivity improvement, service operations, and operational strategy.
The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary studies related to innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, firm performance, strategic decision-making, and organizational adaptation.
Submissions may use quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, conceptual, or literature review approaches, provided that they make a meaningful contribution to management theory and practice.
