SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS MATEMATIS SISWA SMA

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of self-efficacy on high school students' mathematical critical thinking skills through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The method used is a systematic literature study by identifying, selecting and analyzing relevant research articles from national journals indexed by SINTA and Google Scholar in the period 2018-2025. Inclusion criteria include research that discusses self-ability and mathematical critical thinking skills at the high school level. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, quality assessment, synthesis, and interpretation of research results. The results of the study of 13 articles showed that self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on students' mathematical critical thinking skills. Students with high self-efficacy tend to be more confident, able to understand problems in depth, develop appropriate solution strategies, and evaluate and draw conclusions logically. Conversely, students with low self-efficacy tend to experience obstacles in the critical thinking process. Thus, self-efficacy is an important factor that needs to be considered in mathematics learning to support the optimal development of students' critical thinking.
