MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KARAKTER SISWA DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 22 SRUNI SURAKARTA

Education management cannot be separated from curriculum management. In the implementation of good curriculum management will facilitate the achievement of maximum student character development. Student character development from an early age can determine a person to be responsible and respect the rights of others. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of curriculum management in developing student character. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that curriculum planning begins with the formulation of curriculum objectives, making academic calendars, compiling annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, RPP (learning implementation plan) and learning teacher's journals. Curriculum implementation, school level by holding outreach to teachers, employees, student guardians, the community and related agencies. The class level that plays a very important role is the teacher for the learning process in the classroom. Implementation of the curriculum outside the classroom with picket activities, Tadarus, midday prayers and asr congregation. There is extracurricular coaching in schools according to students' interests and talents. Curriculum evaluation is carried out every June after receiving report cards through a general meeting. The responsible party is deputy head of curriculum, teachers, and the academic community. Evaluation of student learning curriculum namely cognitive aspects, effective aspects and aspects.Downloads
