UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS MELALUI METODE DISKUSI KELOMPOK SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI HARGOTIRTO

This study aims to find out how to improve the self-learning outcomes of fifth grade students in social studies content learning through the group discussion method at SD Negeri Hargotirto. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), using the Kemmis and Taggart models. The subjects in this study were 24 students of class V, totaling 24 students. The collection technique is done through tests and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in social studies learning outcomes through the group discussion method. Improved learning outcomes can be seen from the mastery of student learning from the average value. In the initial data the average value of students is 66.40 with a KKM achievement of 56%. At the end of cycle I the average score was 76.07 with a KKM achievement of 72%, and at the end of cycle II the average student score was 84 with a KKM achievement of 89%.Downloads
