Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation efforts of quality teachers in the 21st century at SDN Sempu 2. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. At this school, teacher quality efforts can be seen from lesson planning, making learning tools, learning processes, classroom conditioning to learning evaluation. With teacher quality seen from the understanding and skills of teachers who can support prose learning. Teacher quality as seen from the teacher's understanding and skills with a set of characteristics that can support the learning process of their students. changes in making lesson plans, the evaluation tools in books are more difficult than students' abilities and the selection of media used in the learning process allows students to focus on learning. The learning method is in the form of yells and games which are applied as a result the teacher must continue to perfect making games and new songs as teaching materials.
