FILSAFAT IDEALISME DAN PERAN GURU SEBAGAI PEMANDU SPIRITUAL DALAM PENDIDIKAN SEKOLAH DASAR

This study aims to analyze and explore the role of teachers as spiritual guides in elementary education from the perspective of idealism philosophy. Idealism emphasizes the importance of moral and spiritual education in shaping individuals who are not only of good character but also possess transcendental awareness and a noble worldview. In the framework of idealism, teachers are regarded as central figures who act as moral role models, facilitators of spiritual learning, and ethical guides for students.This research employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, including analyses of scholarly journals, academic articles, and relevant educational policy documents. The findings reveal that the implementation of idealistic values in elementary schools is highly relevant and supports character development in students, particularly in terms of spirituality and morality. Teachers play a crucial role in conveying universal values, such as honesty, empathy, and responsibility, through the learning process. This study contributes to the development of educational strategies focused on nurturing students who are not only intellectually capable but also morally and spiritually strong.Downloads
