PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS XI DI SMKN 4 MATARAM TAHUN AJARAN 2023/2024

The study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on the mathematical communication skills of Grade XI students at SMKN 4 Mataram in the 2023/2024 academic year. The subjects in this study were students from the Fashion 1 class, consisting of 30 students (as the experimental class), and the Fashion 2 class, consisting of 29 students (as the control class). This research uses a Quasi-Experimental method with a Post-test Only Control Group Design. The data collection was conducted by administering a mathematical communication skills test. Based on the data analysis, the average score for the experimental class was 9.77, while the control class had an average score of 6.69. The results of the Mann-Whitney test indicated a mean difference of 25.67%. This indicates that the STAD cooperative learning model affects the mathematical communication skills of Grade XI students at SMKN 4 Mataram for the 2023/2024 academic year.Downloads
