DAMPAK IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM ZONASI TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN DIRI DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

This research was written to obtain an explanation regarding (1) What is the zoning system, (2) What is the concept of self-development in Islam, (3) What is the Islamic perspective in education, (4) What impacts will occur regarding the implementation of the zoning system from an Islamic perspective. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Implementing a zoning system for educational purposes, especially in the context of personal development from an Islamic perspective, involves addressing issues related to equal access to education and its impact on individual growth. The zoning system can be considered as an effort to improve the quality of education so that every student has fairer and equal access to education.Self-development in an Islamic perspective is an effort to comprehensively improve one's self-quality. How to develop yourself according to Islamic teachings, namely maintaining and maintaining your physical body, knowing yourself and your potential, building self-esteem and developing your potential. From the hadith and the word of Allah above, it can be concluded that seeking knowledge in Islam is obligatory. Apart from being a provision for the afterlife, knowledge itself also prepares us to compete in the future so that we can get a decent life. People who seek knowledge in Islam are privileged, elevated in rank, and Allah orders angels to spread their wings for Muslims who leave the house with the aim of seeking knowledge.
