Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of Pancasila as an entity and identity of the Indonesian nation in the educational environment, especially at SDN 96/IV Kota Jambi, as well as to understand the profile of Pancasila students in the context of 21st century education which focuses on student empowerment. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of documents related to the curriculum, school policies, and Pancasila learning materials. The research results show that the implementation of Pancasila as an entity and identity of the Indonesian nation at SDN 96/IV Kota Jambi still faces various challenges, including incomplete understanding and obstacles in implementing it in everyday life. However, education that supports students has created an environment that supports the formation of a student profile of Pancasila who has a deeper understanding, a positive attitude towards Pancasila values, and the ability to apply them in various life contexts. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for developing educational strategies and policies that are more effective in promoting the implementation of Pancasila as a national entity and identity as well as forming the character of quality students.
