Vocational Schools are institutions tasked with providing students with skills and expertise that are relevant to the world of work. The teaching and learning process in vocational schools involves various components, including learning methods. However, the mismatch of learning methods with students' needs and preferences often becomes a challenge for vocational education. Non-compliance has an impact on the completeness of learning outcomes which are not achieved due to the lack of enthusiasm of students so that to overcome this problem, Classroom Action Research (PTK) was carried out using the Kemmis & McTaggart model which was applied in class learning achievement through Project Based Learn-ing. As a result, there was a significant increase from an average of 76.70 in the Pre-cycle to 78.30 in Cycle I, and then reaching 78.60 in Cycle II. The level of completeness of student learning outcomes through the Project Based Learning model increased significantly from 65% in Pre-Cycle to 81% in Cycle I, and again rose to 87% in Cycle II for class X TPM 3 students.
