PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TALKING STICK TERHADAP TINGKAT KECERDASAN MEMBACA DAN KEMAMPUAN BERBICARA BAHASA INGGRIS SISWA

Through talking stick learning, it is hoped that it will be able to improve vocational high school students' English reading and speaking skill. The use of the talking stick model in learning can have a positive impact on learning. The aims of this research include: 1) To test, prove and describe whether or not there are differences in learning outcomes of students who use the talking stick learning model and who do not use the talking stick model on the English reading intelligence of Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang, 2) To test and prove and describe whether or not there is a difference in the learning outcomes of students who use the talking stick learning model and who do not use the talking stick model on the English speaking skill of Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang, and 3) To test and prove and describe whether there is or not The interactive influence of the talking stick learning model on the English reading and speaking Skill of Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang. Researchers used a quantitative approach and experimental research with a posttest only control design. The research instrument uses test questions and interview sheets. The data obtained were analyzed using two way anova and manova analysis techniques to produce the following research conclusions: 1) There are differences in the learning outcomes of students who use the talking stick learning model and those who do not use the talking stick model on the English reading intelligence of Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang, 2) There are differences in the learning outcomes of students who use the talking stick learning model and those who do not use the talking stick model on the English speaking skill of Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang, and 3) There is an interaction effect of the talking stick learning model on English reading and speaking skill of Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang.Downloads
