Abstract

The problem in vocational high schools is that many students' tax learning outcomes still do not meet the minimum completeness criteria. This is due to the use of conventional learning models. Teachers need to innovate by using various relevant learning models. The learning model that is expected to be able to improve student taxation learning outcomes is the Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Team Assisted Individually learning model. The objectives of this research include: 1) To find out the comparison of learning outcomes of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Team Assisted Individualization learning models on the ability to calculate taxes for Phase F students of SMK Negeri 1 Sampang, 2) To find out the comparison of the learning outcomes of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Team learning models Assisted Individualization on the Ability to Make Tax Reports for Phase F Students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang, and 3) To find out the comparison of the ability to calculate and make reports for Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Team Assisted Individualization learning models. This researcher is an experimental research using research instruments with test questions to measure the ability to calculate and make tax reports. The data obtained was then analyzed using the independent sample t test and two way anova analysis techniques to obtain research conclusions including: 1) There is a comparison of learning outcomes of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Team Assisted Individualization learning models on the ability to calculate taxes for Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang , 2) There is a comparison of the learning outcomes of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Team Assisted Individualization learning models on the ability to make tax reports for Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang, and 3) There is a comparison of the ability to calculate and make reports for Phase F students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampang using the learning model Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Team Assisted Individualization.
