Abstract

This research is Library Research in nature. The data collection technique was obtained from comparing the results of various studies conducted by researchers in the field of Integrated Quality Management of Special Services (Educational Climate and Environment) as a field working on Educational Management. The results of research carried out using the comparative method are that the implementation of environmentally-oriented management or management in both public agencies and schools is an application of an environmentally-oriented culture in which there are aspects of policies, activities, supporting facilities and infrastructure as well as the organization that has been carried out. An environmentally conscious culture is called environmental preservation in the sense that the similarity is in its management. The difference is to preserve the environment in different ways and forms depending on each agency.
