PRINSIP-PRINSIP PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM DAN PENGIMPLEMENTASIANNYA DI SEKOLAH

The 21st century is characterized as a century that has experienced many fundamental changes in various aspects of life, including economic, political, religious, social, and cultural aspects and even education. One of the successes of education in facing these changes is through curriculum development. this research aims to describe the principles of curriculum development and its implementation in schools. This research is descriptive qualitative reasearch. The results of the research explain that the principles of curriculum development that are applied include the principles of relevance, flexibility, practicality, life long education, usefulnes, and principles that are oriented towards the goals of islamic education. These development principles are implemented in the form of activity programs, namely the tahfidz al-quran program, read the yellow book, da’wah, automotive, and multimedia programs.Downloads
