The general aim of this research is to determine the optimization of management of facilities and infrastructure in learning Arabic at MI Ma'arif Bendosari Sapuran. Thus, the methodology that the author uses in this research is a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The results of this research are (1) what is the process of learning Arabic at MI Ma'arif Bendosari Sapuran. (2) how to optimize the facilities and infrastructure used in the learning process. The method used is a qualitative approach with field research, data collection using interviews and observation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that MI Ma'arif Bendosari Sapuran has managed the facilities and infrastructure well. Starting from the procurement process, optimizing its use or usage, maintenance or guarding as well as any removal procedures from existing facilities and infrastructure, so that Arabic language learning runs smoothly because the facilities are adequate.
