RELEVANSI PEMIKIRAN TAN MALAKA TENTANG PARTAI POLITIK SEBAGAI KRITIK TERHADAP OLIGARKI DALAM SISTEM KEPARTAIAN INDONESIA

Sistem kepartaian Indonesia pasca-Reformasi kerap ditandai oleh dominasi elite dan praktik oligarki politik yang menegasikan fungsi ideologis partai. Partai politik lebih sering berperan sebagai kendaraan elektoral dan saluran kepentingan ekonomi dibandingkan sebagai alat perjuangan rakyat. Dalam konteks tersebut, pemikiran Tan Malaka menjadi relevan untuk dihadirkan kembali sebagai kritik terhadap kemerosotan nilai ideologis partai politik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis gagasan Tan Malaka tentang partai politik dan menafsirkan relevansinya terhadap kondisi oligarkis dalam sistem kepartaian Indonesia kontemporer. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka, berfokus pada analisis wacana terhadap karya-karya Tan Malaka seperti Massa Aksi (1926), Madilog (1943), dan Naar de Republiek Indonesia (1925). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tan Malaka memandang partai politik sebagai alat perjuangan kelas dan sarana pendidikan politik rakyat yang berorientasi pada kesadaran kolektif, moralitas perjuangan, serta pembebasan sosial. Pandangan ini menjadi kritik mendasar terhadap realitas oligarki partai di Indonesia yang mengabaikan partisipasi dan ideologi rakyat. Oleh karena itu, pemikiran Tan Malaka relevan untuk membangun kembali basis ideologis dan moralitas politik dalam memperkuat demokrasi substantif di Indonesia.
