PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA INTERAKTIF POP UP BOX UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA PADA MATERI TEORI MODEL ATOM SISWA SMA

Physics is one of the subjects at the junior to senior high school level which is relatively difficult. Although difficult, learning physics is often associated with natural phenomena and everyday life. The role of the teacher in learning is very important as a facilitator for students. Learning can achieve its goals well if the teacher has a strategy and prepares a good and effective learning plan. However, in reality, there are still many students who have minimal abstract thinking skills and experience misconceptions so learning does not reach its goals. This is due to limited learning media, lack of teacher innovation, and teachers being only focused on worksheets and textbooks. Thus, interactive learning media is needed to build student enthusiasm for learning. Pop-Up Box media is interactive media by containing material that is packaged attractively so that it can solve problems during physics learning. The purpose of this study is to test the feasibility and attractiveness of Pop Up Box media. The method used in research is Research and Development or RnD and uses the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation models. The results of this study indicate that the response of the experts and students to the validation results obtained was 80% for the material expert's validation response and 90% for the student's validation response. So pop up box media is feasible and very useful as a medium for learning atomic theory.Downloads
