Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of literacy literacy activities in grade 3 of SDN Bulusari 3 Kediri district, describe the collaboration between internal and external parties at the school, describe what factors hinder the implementation of literacy. This research method uses a qualitative research approach. This type of approach in this research is descriptive. Place of research at SDN Bulusari 3 Kediri. Data collection procedures using interviews, observation, and study of comments. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that 1) Implementation of literacy literacy activities in grade 3 has been going on for a long time but has not been maximized, due to low interest from within students. 2) Collaboration between internal and external parties is well established. 3) Factors inhibiting literacy in reading and writing include low interest from within students, lack of habit of reading books, always needing motivation and encouragement from teachers, and inadequate infrastructure.
