Abstract

The Role Playing method can be used to overcome Slow Learner children in moral and character learning. The role playing method can be applied in teaching and learning activities in the classroom to solve students' difficulties in exploring moral values ​​and character education. In this lesson, students will play certain characters and learn through direct experience. Research shows that role playing can help students better understand moral values ​​and character. In character learning, teachers are also expected to be role models for students. Therefore, role modeling is also important in moral and character learning. In this lesson, the teacher must show good character and be an example for students. In character learning, art can also be used as a character builder if school values ​​are emphasized such as mutual respect, discipline and mutual assistance.
