PENINGKATAN PEMBELAJARAN PKN DENGAN PENERAPAN METODE ROLE-PLAYING SISWA KELAS IV

Abstract

This research started from the fact that the learning process was still monotonous and the development of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students was not well developed, so that the learning outcomes of civics students were not as expected. To overcrome this, action is taken using the role-playing method. The purpose of this study was to improve the civics learning process in clas IV SDN Kepadangan I. collection was carried out by observing, interviewing. The role playing method was carried out in three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and follow-up stages. From the results of the research analysis it can be concluded that by using the role playing method it can improve understanding and learning outcomes of civics students in grade IV SDN Kepadangan I. from the evaluation results that have been carried out by students in the first cycle the average value obtained by students is 65.53% and in the second cycle it has increased with an average obtained of 84.3%.Keywords : Civics learning, Role-Playing, Elementary school students
