Along with technological advances and the development of the times of society and increasing needs, the Ministry of Education and Culture continues to strive to improve the quality of education in terms of education, one of which produces qualified, creative, active students who want to work hard and are able to solve problems in their lives. The problems that researchers encountered in this study; students tend to only hear material from lecturers, students are lazy to make assignments or works that are given by lecturers, students only accept it but do not want to do it let alone ask, the teaching and learning process lectures are less active and complain when they are given assignments. This is due to the lack of motivation of students to want to learn, students only want good grades. Therefore, this researcher aims to foster student creativity, open thinking, student imagination towards works of art and develop student personalities to instill a sense of aesthetics, attitudes, special skills and general skills as well as knowledge, appreciation, and critical, The research methodology that is used in this study is Qualitative. This study does observation, interview, or document review. The subject of this research is fourth semester of elementary school teacher education study program students, totaling 33 people. The results of this study solve the problem of learning problems, increase student creativity and student grades, fine art works from students, with projects that can be developed into fine art textbooks for students in elementary school fine arts course.Downloads
