PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MELALUI MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN MEDIA WORDWALL PADA SISWA KELAS V SDN PETERONGAN

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes using a project-based learning model assisted by wordwall media. This type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were fifth grade students at SDN Peterongan Semarang for the 2023/2024 academic year as many as 26 students as recipients of the action, while those providing the action were researchers and homeroom teachers of class V. The research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 1 meeting. The independent variable in this study is the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model and wordwall media, while the dependent variable in this study is student learning outcomes in Theme 6 Sub-theme 3 Learning 4. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, tests for each cycle, and documentation. Data analysis used includes quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that cognitive learning outcomes increased from the pre-cycle stage, namely 38.5% (Need Guidance), then after the first cycle increased to 84.6% (good) and increased in cycle II with a classical completeness percentage of 96.2% (good ). Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by wordwall media is effective and appropriate for use in learning activities.
