Abstract

Research with the title of learning in al-Hadith and the relevance of the Prophet's perspective on learning methods in education today aims to understand hadith as a place of education, the basis of Islamic education, and the application of SAW teaching methods in Education. This research uses library research. Current data analysis methodologies focus on the analysis and interpretation of formally presented data for data analysis. The flow of this research method is a) Clear and specific identification of research objectives; b) searching for and searching for literature sources; c) literature reading and analysis; d) Synthesis and Interpretation; as well as data collection methods that utilize documentation. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Hadith as the basis for teaching; 2. The central idea of education in Al-Hadith; and 3. Application of teaching methods from the Prophet's perspective to education today. Rasulullah SAW applied several principles in eliminating superior generations in the early days. Because Islam has several superior teachings: as rahmatan lil 'alamin which is comprehensive; the truth is absolute and can be proven scientifically; the position of the Prophet Muhammad as an evaluator of all educational activities; every Prophet's behavior is a good example to emulate (uswah Hashanah) for his people. In this position, the hadith is used as an interpretation of the Qur'an.
