Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve speaking skills and creative thinking of 5th grade students with the use of flip book media at SDN Kraton 2 Maospati Magetan.The subjects used are Class V A Semester 2 students in the 2022/2023 academic year totaling 21.Using 2 cycles with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the table the level of achievement of student learning outcomes in the initial conditions showed the class average daily test scores 57.5 of 21 students, 2 students scored 80, 5 students scored 70, 5 students scored 60, 4 students scored 50 and 5 students scored 40.Then implemented PTK cycle I and obtained the results of the average value of students 70.00, 13 students have not completed learning. The results of class action research in cycle II showed an increase in the level of achievement of student learning outcomes, namely the average score of the daily test class to 81.75 from 21 students 1 student got a score of 60, 1 student got a score of 65, 4 students scored 75, 8 students got 80, 2 students got a score of 85, 2 students got a score of 90, 1 student got a score of 95 and 2 students got a score of 100. With a percentage of classical learning completeness of 95.00% and a percentage of classical learning incompleteness of 5.00%, it means that students' speaking and creative thinking skills have improved.
