MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MENYUSUN SOAL ULANGAN HARIAN MELALUI WORKSHOP PADA KEGIATAN KKG SEKOLAH KELAS I SAMPAI DENGAN KELAS VI DI SD 1 KRETEK TAHUN 2018/2019

Abstract

December 2019 Class Action Research, Teachers are the dominant factor in the teaching and learning process, therefore improving teacher abilities is absolutely necessary so that there is an increase in ability in managing the learning process. One indicator that shows that a teacher is able to compile daily test questions is done a lot such as attending workshops and other training. From the evaluation results of the two forms of effort, it was found that they had not contributed much to teacher professionalism. In connection with this, the idea emerged to empower school supervisors to carry out more collaborative coaching that is kinship, openness and exemplary in nature which is carried out through workshops on compiling daily test questions that are suitable for use. Based on these thoughts, this researcher aims to answer how efforts to improve abilities teachers in compiling daily test questions through workshops at school KKG grades I to class VI. at SD 1 Kretek. This research was carried out through a workshop on compiling daily test questions in school KKG activities with a total of 12 teachers. . The tests have been analyzed and assessed. To find out the teacher's activities at work, the researcher completes the observation guide which includes: 1. Syllabus, 2.RPP, 3 handbooks, 4. test grid format, 5. mental readiness of each given a score of 1 – 4. From the results of research conducted through workshops, researchers can conclude that the ability of SD 1 Kretek teachers in preparing daily test questions has increased.
